Olivia "Liv" Moore is the main protagonist of the CW television show iZombie, which premiered on March 17, 2015.
Liv, portrayed by Rose McIver, is a medical resident who becomes a zombie after attending a boat party. To maintain her humanity and suppress her hunger for brains, she takes a job at the King County Medical Examiner's office.
As a consequence of consuming brains, Liv temporarily inherits the personality traits and memories of the deceased. She uses this ability to assist Detective Clive Babineaux in solving murders, posing as a psychic consultant.
Over the course of the series, Liv navigates the challenges of being a zombie, protecting her loved ones, and confronting various threats to both the zombie and human populations of Seattle.
