The "Masked Robber" Captain America is an alternate reality version of Steve Rogers, originating from Earth-82253 in Marvel Comics.
This Steve Rogers was not chosen for the Super-Soldier program. Instead, he pursued a life of crime, becoming a common thief known as the Masked Robber.
His existence is markedly different from the heroic Captain America of Earth-616. He lacks enhanced physical abilities and the strong moral compass associated with the mainstream Captain America.
