Buzzer, whose real name is unknown, is a prominent member of the Dreadnoks, a biker gang allied with Cobra. He serves as Zartan's second-in-command, often acting as the muscle and enforcer for the group. His exact origins remain shrouded in mystery.

He is easily identifiable by his distinctive mohawk hairstyle, often colored in vibrant hues, and his aggressive, punk-rock demeanor. Buzzer possesses a wild, unpredictable personality, often displaying a penchant for destruction and mayhem. He wields a chainsaw with deadly proficiency, using it to carve through obstacles and intimidate enemies.

Unlike some of the more disciplined Cobra operatives, Buzzer is motivated by chaos and personal gain. He relishes causing havoc and enjoys the freedom the Dreadnoks provide. While not necessarily brilliant, Buzzer is fiercely loyal to Zartan and the Dreadnoks, making him a dangerous and unpredictable foe for G.I. Joe.
