Cobra Snow Serpent is the arctic warfare specialist of the Cobra organization. He is responsible for operating in frigid, mountainous regions, providing Cobra with a presence in areas where G.I. Joe may be less equipped.

Snow Serpent recruits undergo rigorous training in surviving extreme cold and high altitudes. They are adept at skiing, climbing, and operating specialized cold-weather vehicles. Their distinctive white uniforms provide camouflage in snowy environments.

While often portrayed as a foot soldier, Snow Serpents are depicted as fiercely loyal and highly disciplined, representing a dangerous threat in their element. Their expertise allows Cobra to effectively disrupt operations and conduct reconnaissance in arctic terrains.
