Taskmaster, first appearing in The Avengers #195 (May 1980), is a Marvel Comics character known for his photographic reflexes.

Anthony "Tony" Masters gained his abilities after injecting himself with an experimental Nazi serum. This serum unlocked the potential of his procedural memory, allowing him to instantly replicate any physical action he witnesses. He can perfectly mimic fighting styles, voices, and mannerisms, making him a formidable opponent.

Despite his skills, Taskmaster also suffers a drawback. His mind overwrites older memories to make room for new learned skills, leading to significant memory loss and an unreliable personal history. He often trains villains and heroes alike, sometimes operating as a mercenary and sometimes as an instructor.
