Biography:

Qui-Gon Jinn, designated PG8028 in some product lines, is a prominent Jedi Master in the Star Wars universe. He is known for his strong connection to the Force and his independent, often unconventional, approach to the Jedi Code.

His first appearance was in *Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace* (1999), portrayed by Liam Neeson. In the film, Qui-Gon discovers Anakin Skywalker on Tatooine and believes him to be the Chosen One destined to bring balance to the Force.

Qui-Gon takes Obi-Wan Kenobi as his Padawan and mentors him in the ways of the Force. Though he is denied a seat on the Jedi Council, his actions have profound consequences for the future of the galaxy.
