Biography:

Susan Storm, best known as the Invisible Woman, is a founding member of the Fantastic Four. Her first appearance was in *The Fantastic Four #1* (November 1961).

Exposure to cosmic rays during an unauthorized space mission granted Susan the power to render herself, and other objects, invisible. She later developed the ability to generate invisible force fields, which she can manipulate for offensive and defensive purposes. These force fields can withstand tremendous amounts of damage and be shaped into various forms.

Initially portrayed as the team's damsel-in-distress, Susan evolved into a powerful and confident leader. Her emotional maturity and strategic thinking make her an invaluable asset to the Fantastic Four, often serving as the group's anchor. Married to Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), she is also the mother of Franklin Richards, an incredibly powerful mutant.
