Richard Langley is a fictional character appearing in the television series The X-Files. He is one of the members of The Lone Gunmen, a group of conspiracy theorists and computer experts who often assist FBI agents Mulder and Scully.

Langley, portrayed by Bruce Harwood, is characterized by his exceptional computer skills and knowledge of technology. He is often seen using his expertise to hack into secure systems, analyze data, and provide Mulder and Scully with crucial information related to their investigations of paranormal phenomena and government conspiracies.
