Kronos, in Marvel Comics, is a powerful cosmic entity born from the life force of the dying planet Chronos. He was originally known as Chronos and was a scientist on his home world before a laboratory accident transformed him into a virtually immortal, immaterial being of immense power.

Free from physical limitations, Kronos possesses control over time, matter, and energy. He can manipulate timelines, project energy blasts, and even resurrect the dead. He is often depicted as a benevolent being, observing and occasionally intervening in galactic events to maintain cosmic balance.

While his powers are vast, Kronos is not without weaknesses. He relies on belief and worship from others to maintain his existence. He is also sometimes conflicted about interfering in the lives of mortals, preferring to act as a silent guardian of the universe.
