Biography:

Nebula is a character popularized by her appearances in the Guardians of the Galaxy films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Played by Karen Gillan, Nebula is initially presented as a formidable, cybernetically enhanced Luphomoid assassin, serving as a lieutenant of Thanos.

Her first appearance was in the 2014 film *Guardians of the Galaxy*. The movie explores Nebula's complex history with Thanos, who adopted and raised her alongside Gamora. He often pitted them against each other, replacing parts of Nebula's body with cybernetics each time she lost.

Throughout her story arc in the MCU, Nebula evolves from a vengeful villain to a sympathetic character seeking redemption and connection with her sister, Gamora, and the other Guardians. She eventually fights alongside them to defeat Thanos and becomes a valued member of the team.
