Guard, also known as Chase Lawler, is a relatively obscure DC Comics character. He's a metahuman with the ability to convert kinetic energy into super strength and durability.
Lawler was originally a security guard who accidentally gained his powers after being exposed to an experimental energy source. He briefly operated as a solo hero, primarily in Metropolis.
