Jesse Quick, portrayed by Violett Beane, is a speedster in The CW's Arrowverse. She first appeared in The Flash TV Show Season 2, Episode 6 titled "Enter Zoom".
Jesse is the daughter of Harrison Wells from Earth-2. Initially arriving on Earth-1 to help her father and Team Flash combat Zoom, she is later struck by dark matter energy during a recreation of the particle accelerator explosion.
This exposure grants her super speed, mimicking that of The Flash. After training and mastering her abilities, she adopts the alias Jesse Quick and becomes a speedster hero on Earth-2.
She occasionally crosses over to Earth-1 to assist Team Flash in battling various threats. Jesse eventually leaves the Arrowverse continuity altogether when she goes to another Earth with Jay Garrick to start their own team.
