Agent 13, also known as Sharon Carter, is a prominent character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

She first appeared in the MCU in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), portrayed by Emily VanCamp. Sharon Carter is depicted as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., assigned to protect Steve Rogers (Captain America) while working undercover as his neighbor.

Following the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D., Sharon joins the CIA and continues to aid Captain America. Her loyalty to Steve Rogers and his ideals frequently puts her at odds with government policies. She's also Peggy Carter's niece.

She later appeared in Captain America: Civil War, and more recently in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier where she is revealed to be the mysterious Power Broker operating in Madripoor.
