Biography:
Superman (Solar Suit) is a version of Superman from the DC Comics multiverse, specifically originating from the storyline "All-Star Superman" by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. In this iteration, Superman, Clark Kent, is exposed to excessive solar radiation during a mission to save Earth from Lex Luthor.
This overexposure, while initially granting him amplified powers, also proves fatal. Superman begins to die as his cells break down from the solar overdose. Realizing his time is limited, Superman embarks on a series of twelve heroic labors, designed to safeguard Earth's future in his absence.
Throughout "All-Star Superman," he completes these tasks, including creating a serum to cure his eventual successor, Leo Quintum, and ensuring the survival of the Fortress of Solitude's miniature Krypton. Despite his impending death, he faces his challenges with optimism and a deep commitment to protecting humanity. His solar suit is not a physical garment but represents his fully charged and rapidly depleting solar energy reserves, manifesting as a visible aura of power.
