Jameson Locke, often referred to as Agent Locke, is a prominent character within the Halo video game franchise, first appearing in Halo 2: Anniversary.

Prior to joining the Spartan-IV program and becoming a key figure within the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Locke served as an ONI Acquisitions Specialist. His role involved tracking down and retrieving high-value assets for the organization, making him a highly skilled hunter and operative.

As a Spartan-IV, Locke possesses enhanced physical capabilities and is equipped with advanced Mjolnir armor. He leads Fireteam Osiris, a squad of elite Spartan soldiers tasked with hunting down rogue elements and undertaking high-stakes missions.

A defining moment for Locke comes in Halo 5: Guardians, where he is ordered to track down and apprehend Master Chief John-117, who has gone AWOL. This puts Locke in direct conflict with the legendary Spartan, leading to a pivotal confrontation between the two.

Locke's character is portrayed as a dedicated soldier, unwavering in his commitment to duty and ONI's objectives. However, his interactions with Master Chief raise questions about his own allegiances and the true nature of his missions.
