The Bubbler is a character from the animated television series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. His real name is Nino Lahiffe. Nino is Alya Césaire's boyfriend and Adrien Agreste's best friend.
In the episode "The Bubbler," Nino becomes frustrated with adults prohibiting fun. When Adrien's father, Gabriel Agreste, refuses to let him have a birthday party, Hawk Moth akumatizes Nino.
As the Bubbler, he gains the power to trap adults in bubbles and send them into the sky, intending to make the world a place where kids can enjoy themselves without adult interference. He wields a bubble wand that can create and control bubbles of varying sizes.
Ultimately, Ladybug and Cat Noir defeat him, breaking the akuma and returning Nino to his normal self. Afterwards, Nino better understands that not all adult rules are bad.
