Victor Stone, better known as Cyborg, is a prominent character in DC Comics, most famously associated with the Teen Titans. He made his first full appearance in *DC Comics Presents* #26 in 1980.

A star athlete and intellectually gifted individual, Victor's life was irrevocably changed by a horrific accident. During a visit to S.T.A.R. Labs, where his parents were conducting research, an experiment went horribly wrong, resulting in a monstrous creature attacking and grievously injuring Victor.

To save his son's life, Silas Stone, Victor's father, used experimental cybernetic augmentations, transforming Victor into a living machine. While the procedure saved his life, it left him with significant portions of his body replaced by advanced technology. He possesses superhuman strength, speed, and durability, as well as the ability to interface with computers and project energy blasts. His metallic body is his defining look.

Initially struggling to accept his new form, Victor eventually embraced his abilities and became a hero. He is often depicted as a key member of the Teen Titans, using his powers and strategic mind to fight alongside his teammates and protect the innocent.
