Garagaranda is a recurring monster antagonist in the original 1971 Kamen Rider television series. He belongs to the evil organization Shocker, and functions as a high-ranking executive.

Garagaranda's human form is that of a tall, imposing man dressed in a dark suit. However, his true form is a humanoid creature with a distinctive appearance: a dark, scaled body, a large, grotesque head, and prominent mandibles. He wields a sword as his primary weapon.
