John Walker, portrayed by Wyatt Russell, is U.S. Agent in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Selected as the successor to Captain America by the U.S. government, Walker's methods proved to be more brutal and less morally sound than Steve Rogers. He struggled with the pressure and expectations, leading to a public disgrace after he murdered a Flag-Smasher with Captain America's shield.
Stripped of the Captain America title, Walker was then recruited by Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine to become U.S. Agent.
