Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar, more commonly referred to as Charlie, is the main protagonist of the adult animated musical comedy series *Hazbin Hotel*.
Charlie, voiced by Jill Harris, is the princess of Hell and daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. Her first appearance was in the *Hazbin Hotel* pilot episode, released on YouTube in 2019.
Driven by a desire to rehabilitate sinners rather than simply punish them, Charlie dedicates herself to opening the "Happy Hotel" (later renamed the Hazbin Hotel). Her aim is to provide demons with a chance at redemption, ultimately decreasing Hell's overpopulation.
