One Piece

Nico Robin, first appearing in chapter 114 of the One Piece manga, is an archaeologist and historian. She is the sole survivor of Ohara, an island destroyed by the World Government due to its scholars researching the forbidden Poneglyphs, ancient stones containing information about the Void Century.

As a child, Robin possessed the Hana Hana no Mi Devil Fruit power, allowing her to sprout copies of her body parts from surfaces. After Ohara's destruction, she was branded a criminal and forced to live on the run, earning the moniker "Devil Child."

Robin eventually joins the Straw Hat Pirates, seeking companionship and the opportunity to uncover the true history of the world. She is driven by a desire to decipher the Poneglyphs and learn the secrets of the Void Century, even in the face of immense opposition from the World Government.
