Bartholomew Kuma is a mysterious and imposing character from the manga and anime series, One Piece. He is first introduced in Chapter 484 of the manga and Episode 389 of the anime.
Initially, Kuma is presented as one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, a powerful group of pirates allied with the World Government. He possesses the powers of the Paw-Paw Fruit (Nikyu Nikyu no Mi), a Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to repel anything he touches, including air, allowing him to travel at incredible speeds and even deflect attacks.
Later, it is revealed that Kuma had a past as a revolutionary and was secretly working with Monkey D. Dragon. He underwent a process to become a Pacifista, a cyborg weapon created by Dr. Vegapunk. The version designated as X0357 is one of these cyborgs.
