Cassandra Nova is a prominent antagonist in Marvel Comics, primarily known as the twin sister of Charles Xavier. While Charles' mutant power manifested as telepathy, Cassandra's evolved into the ability to mimic DNA, allowing her to initially exist as pure thought before reconstructing a physical form.
Born without a body, Cassandra spent decades plotting revenge against her brother and mutantkind. She views herself as the opposite of Charles, representing the dark side of mutant evolution.
