Vinsmoke Reiju, also known as "Poison Pink," is the eldest child and only daughter of the Vinsmoke Family, the rulers of the Germa Kingdom. She is a princess and commander in the Germa 66, a powerful military force.

Reiju possesses genetically enhanced abilities stemming from the Vinsmoke family's scientific modifications. She is immune to most poisons and possesses the unique ability to absorb and neutralize them, hence her nickname. Unlike her brothers, who lack empathy, Reiju exhibits a degree of compassion. She helped Sanji escape the Germa Kingdom as a child and expresses concern for his well-being. While initially bound by duty to her family, she ultimately sides with Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates during the Whole Cake Island arc, recognizing their genuine kindness and offering crucial assistance.
