Enel is a prominent antagonist from the popular manga and anime series, One Piece. He first appears in the Skypiea Arc, beginning in Chapter 254 of the manga and Episode 167 of the anime.
Originally ruling as God of Skypiea, Enel possesses the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the power to generate, control, and transform into electricity. This ability, combined with his exceptional Observation Haki (Mantra), made him nearly invincible on Skypiea.
