Mr. Dinkles, often stylized as Mr. Dinkles, is a character from the animated Nickelodeon series, Fairly OddParents. He's Timmy Turner's elderly, overly-friendly, and often oblivious next-door neighbor. Mr. Dinkles is known for his unwavering optimism and habit of assuming the worst of everyone and everything will be fine. He's a kind but eccentric figure who frequently involves himself, often unintentionally, in Timmy's chaotic fairy-granted adventures.

Biggie, or Biggie Cheese, is a fictional rapping mouse character created by DNA Productions, and voiced by director Keith Alcorn, who appeared in the 2006 animated film Barnyard and its subsequent Nickelodeon series, Back at the Barnyard. A close friend of Otis, the bovine protagonist, Biggie Cheese often provides comedic relief. His musical numbers, characterized by playful lyrics and auto-tuned vocals, are a recurring element of his appearances. He is cheerful, energetic, and a loyal friend to the barnyard animals.
