Biography:
Rikiel is a character from the anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. He is one of DIO's sons, awakened and manipulated by Enrico Pucci to eliminate Jolyne Cujoh and her allies.
Rikiel initially presents as a bedridden, sickly young man with an intense fear of thunderstorms. This feebleness masks his Stand ability, "Sky High," which grants him control over atmospheric rods—microscopic organisms within the air that generate heat.
Rikiel's strategic use of Sky High allows him to manipulate body temperature, causing debilitating symptoms and even lethal dehydration in his opponents. He uses the rods to strategically attack the group while he is in the hospital bed. This demonstrates high intelligence as he can do this all while protecting himself.
Despite his formidable Stand, Rikiel suffers from insecurity and self-doubt, amplified by his illness. Ultimately, he confronts and overcomes his fears, finding a degree of inner peace before being defeated by Jolyne.
