Biography:

Ichigo Kurosaki is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Bleach. He first appears in Bleach Chapter 1, "Death and Strawberry", published in August 2001.

Ichigo is a high school student with the ability to see ghosts. His life changes dramatically when he encounters Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper, who imbues him with her powers to fight Hollows, evil spirits that threaten humans.

Forced to take on Rukia's duties, Ichigo becomes a substitute Soul Reaper, battling Hollows and protecting his town. He possesses immense spiritual power and gradually unlocks new abilities, including his Zanpakuto (soul-cutting sword), Zangetsu.
