The Sandaime Raikage, whose name is not explicitly revealed in the Naruto Shippuden anime, was the Third Raikage of Kumogakure. He was renowned as the strongest Raikage in the village's history.
He was known for his immense chakra reserves and nearly impenetrable lightning armor, which allowed him to withstand most attacks. He could channel lightning through his fingertips, a technique he called Hell Stab (Nukite).
The Sandaime Raikage first appears as a reanimated corpse during the Fourth Shinobi World War.
He fought against Naruto Uzumaki's shadow clones, ultimately succumbing to exhaustion after a prolonged battle, a weakness he had tried to overcome in life.
