Hozuki Gengetsu was the Second Mizukage of Kirigakure. He hailed from the Hozuki clan, known for their unique ability to turn their bodies into liquid form.
He was renowned for his eccentric personality and penchant for contradicting his own teachings. Despite this, he was a powerful and highly respected ninja, feared by many.
During his tenure as Mizukage, he was known to have engaged in numerous conflicts, most notably a rivalry with the Second Tsuchikage, Mu. Their battles were legendary, and ultimately led to both of their deaths. Details surrounding his death remain largely ambiguous.
