The Evil Queen, also known as Queen Grimhilde, is the primary antagonist in Disney's 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. She is a vain and jealous woman obsessed with being "the fairest of them all."

Driven by her insatiable vanity, she possesses a magic mirror that confirms Snow White's surpassing beauty, inciting the Queen's murderous rage. She initially orders a huntsman to kill Snow White, demanding her heart as proof.

When the huntsman fails, the Queen resorts to dark magic, transforming herself into an old, hag-like woman. Disguised, she tricks Snow White into eating a poisoned apple, plunging her into a death-like sleep.

Her evil plot is ultimately thwarted by the Prince, whose kiss breaks the spell. The Evil Queen is pursued by the dwarfs and falls to her death, a fitting end for a character consumed by envy and vanity.
