Silco is a prominent antagonist in the animated Netflix series Arcane, based on the video game League of Legends. He is the de facto leader of the Undercity, known as Zaun, a polluted and oppressed district beneath the wealthy city of Piltover.

Driven by a deep-seated resentment towards Piltover, stemming from a past betrayal and a failed rebellion, Silco is committed to Zaun's independence. He seeks to elevate Zaun's status, even if it means using morally questionable methods. His motivations are rooted in the belief that Zaun deserves to be more than a dumping ground for Piltover's refuse.

Silco's ruthlessness is balanced by a complex paternal relationship with Jinx (Powder), one of the main characters. He takes her in after a tragic incident and becomes a father figure, fiercely protective of her and deeply affected by her volatile mental state. His relationship with Jinx becomes a central point of internal conflict.

He is a master manipulator and strategist, adept at navigating the treacherous political landscape of Zaun. His ambition and unwavering commitment to his vision ultimately lead to significant consequences for both Zaun and Piltover.
