Mark Grayson, also known as Invincible, is the main character in the Image Comics series Invincible. Created by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker, he first appeared in Invincible #1 in 2003.
Mark is the son of Deborah and Nolan Grayson, the latter being Omni-Man, a Viltrumite superhero from another planet. Initially a seemingly normal teenager, Mark develops superpowers at age seventeen, mirroring those of his father, including flight, super strength, and enhanced durability.
As Invincible, Mark struggles to balance his personal life, superhero duties, and the complex relationship with his father, especially after discovering the true nature of the Viltrumite empire.
