Biography:
Shinomori Aoshi is a character from the anime series *Rurouni Kenshin*. He first appears in episode 25, "The Strongest Man in the Oniwabanshu! Aoshi's Fight of Vengeance".
Aoshi is the Okashira (leader) of the Oniwabanshu, a skilled group of ninja formerly serving the Tokugawa Shogunate. Following the Meiji Restoration, he and his men became disillusioned and sought purpose elsewhere.
Driven by a desire to prove the strength of the Oniwabanshu and himself, Aoshi becomes an antagonist, seeking to defeat the strongest warriors. His fighting style relies on a combination of speed, agility, and kenjutsu, wielding two kodachi swords.
Initially motivated by revenge and the need to validate his past, Aoshi's character undergoes a transformation as the series progresses.
