Biography:
Fubuki, also known as Blizzard of Hell, is a prominent character in the manga and anime series One-Punch Man.
She is a powerful esper and the leader of the Blizzard Group, a large faction of heroes and fighters. Fubuki strives for power and influence, seeking to dominate the Hero Association's B-Class ranks and prevent others from rising above her.
Fubuki first appears in the manga in chapter 25. In the anime adaption, she first appears in season 1 episode 11 titled "Space Conquerors".
Despite her ambition, Fubuki is shown to be insecure and concerned about her own strength compared to her older sister, Tatsumaki (Tornado of Terror). She later begins to soften after interactions with Saitama, the titular One-Punch Man.
