Bai Er Warrior, translating to "White Ear Warriors," refers not to a single individual, but to an elite unit within Liu Bei's army in Luo Guanzhong's historical novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms. They are first mentioned during the Battle of Xiaoting (also known as the Battle of Yiling).

This specially trained unit was known for their exceptional combat skills and unwavering loyalty to Liu Bei. They distinguished themselves by wearing white armor and helmets, a striking visual marker on the battlefield. Accounts describe them as being heavily armored and skilled in close combat, serving as Liu Bei's personal guard and often deployed in critical defensive situations.

Their primary role was to protect Liu Bei, and they suffered heavy casualties during the Battle of Xiaoting, fighting valiantly against Sun Quan's forces. Although not individually named characters, their collective sacrifice and dedication contributed to the legend and aura surrounding Liu Bei and the Kingdom of Shu-Han.
