Cumber is a Saiyan character introduced in the promotional anime series, Super Dragon Ball Heroes. He is a mysterious and powerful Saiyan from the past, brought to the Prison Planet by Fu.

Cumber's defining characteristic is his usage of "Evil Saiyan Ki," a dark and corrupting energy. This Ki grants him immense power but also drives him into a frenzy, making him incredibly dangerous. He is frequently depicted wearing a restraint mask, hinting at efforts to control his power.

Cumber's first appearance is in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes promotional anime. He is a key antagonist in the Prison Planet Saga and subsequent arcs.
