Angel Dust, also known as Christina, is a Marvel Comics character who debuted in 2002 in *Runaways* #7, created by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona. She is a mutant living in New York City.
Christina's mutant ability allows her to temporarily increase her adrenaline levels. This grants her enhanced strength, speed, and stamina, but leaves her physically and emotionally drained after the effect wears off. She can only activate her powers for short bursts.
She was coerced into participating in a scientific experiment by a scientist who provided her with a means to control and enhance her powers. She was then forced to use her abilities for his gain until she was freed by the Runaways.
Despite her initial involvement with the Runaways, Angel Dust maintains a complicated relationship with the team. She is portrayed as independent and often struggles with the consequences of using her powers and the traumatic events of her past.
