Biography:
Boomerang, whose real name is Fred Myers, is a supervillain appearing in Marvel Comics. He is known for his proficiency with boomerangs, which he uses as his primary weapon.
He initially worked as a baseball pitcher, but was fired from the team due to accepting bribes. He then became a costumed criminal, adopting the Boomerang persona. He is considered an enemy of the Spider-Man and has ties to various villainous groups, including the Sinister Syndicate.
Boomerang's first appearance was in Tales to Astonish #81 (July 1966) as the 'Club Thrower'. He has a reputation for being cowardly and is not considered one of Spider-Man's more imposing foes.
