RO-GR, nicknamed "Roger," is a modified Battle Droid from the animated television series Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures.
Originally a standard B1 Battle Droid, Roger's programming was altered, giving him a more individual personality and making him more than just a mindless soldier. He is found by the Freemaker family and integrated into their team, helping them with their salvage business.
Roger is fiercely loyal to the Freemakers, despite his often-clumsy nature. He provides comedic relief throughout the series with his naive perspective and unintentional mishaps. His first appearance is in the pilot episode of Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, "A Hero's Journey, Part 1."
Unlike many other Battle Droids, Roger develops a conscience and demonstrates the ability to learn and grow, ultimately becoming a valuable member of the Freemaker family.
