Hive is a fictional supervillain appearing in Marvel Comics, primarily associated with Hydra. He is not a singular individual, but rather a parasitic entity formed from genetically engineered, symbiotic organisms.

Created by Jonathan Hickman and Stefano Caselli, Hive was introduced as a result of Hydra's experiments to create super-soldiers. These experiments involved Inhumans and parasitic organisms, resulting in a collective intelligence and physical form.

Hive's physical body is composed of a mass of these creatures, giving him shapeshifting abilities, enhanced strength, and a connection to all the organisms within him. He can absorb other living beings into his mass, adding their knowledge and abilities to his own.

Hive's primary goal is to serve Hydra's agenda, typically involving global domination and the subjugation of humanity. He has clashed with various Marvel heroes, including the Secret Warriors and S.H.I.E.L.D., proving a formidable and grotesque opponent.
