Captain Antilles was a Corellian officer in the service of the House of Organa, and more specifically, Princess Leia Organa.
He served as the captain of Leia's diplomatic vessel, the Tantive IV. In this role, he was trusted implicitly by the princess and played a crucial role in her missions for the Rebel Alliance. He was known for his calm demeanor and ability to operate under pressure.
In Episode IV: A New Hope, Antilles bravely faced Darth Vader and the Imperial forces when they boarded the Tantive IV. He attempted to defend Leia and the ship, but was ultimately interrogated and killed by Vader in his search for the stolen Death Star plans.
Despite his brief screen time, Captain Antilles' death demonstrated the ruthless nature of the Empire and Leia's dedication to the Rebellion. He is often remembered as a key figure in the events leading up to the Galactic Civil War, a loyal servant, and an unsung hero.
