Sakon and Ukon are twin brothers from the Sound Four, a group of Orochimaru's elite bodyguards in the anime and manga series Naruto. They are known for their unique Kekkei Genkai, Souma no Kou, which allows them to merge and demerge their bodies at will.

When merged, Ukon usually inhabits Sakon's body, lending his strength and offering tactical support. This ability allows them to surprise opponents and deliver devastating attacks from unexpected angles. Ukon can also forcibly merge with an opponent, slowly destroying them from the inside.

Their personalities are distinct yet complementary. Sakon is typically the more outwardly aggressive and confident, taking the lead in combat. Ukon is portrayed as more cautious and analytical, often offering strategic insight during battles.

The brothers meet their end during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. Kankuro initially defeats Sakon. Kiba Inuzuka, along with Akamaru, eventually confronts and defeats a merged Sakon and Ukon, weakening them enough for Kankuro to then finish the pair.
