Biography:

M'Baku is a Wakandan warrior portrayed by Winston Duke in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

He is the leader of the Jabari tribe, a group of Wakandans who traditionally isolated themselves in the mountains. M'Baku is initially presented as a rival to T'Challa, challenging him for the throne of Wakanda.

M'Baku first appears in the MCU in the movie *Black Panther* (2018). He reprises his role in *Avengers: Infinity War*, *Avengers: Endgame*, and *Black Panther: Wakanda Forever*. In the latter, he holds a seat on Wakanda's governing council.
