Gorgon, whose real name is Tomi Shishido, is a prominent character in the Marvel Universe, primarily associated with the X-Men. He is a powerful mutant known for his incredible physical abilities and, most notably, his petrifying gaze.

Born in Japan, Tomi Shishido exhibited extraordinary mutant abilities from a young age, including super strength, speed, and agility, far exceeding normal human capabilities. He possesses a regenerative healing factor, allowing him to recover from severe injuries with remarkable speed. He is also a master martial artist, skilled in various forms of combat.
