Hyuga Neji is a character from the popular manga and anime series Naruto Shippuden. He first appears in the Naruto series during the Chunin Exams arc, specifically in episode 21.
Neji is a member of the Hyuga clan's branch family. Born with exceptional talent in the Byakugan, a powerful ocular jutsu, he initially harbored resentment towards the main family due to the clan's restrictive practices and his father's sacrifice.
