Trudgen, a minor character in the Star Wars universe, is an Ugnaught who first appeared in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. He resided at Cloud City on Bespin, working in its Ugnaught labor pool.

His primary role, though brief, involved dismantling C-3PO after the protocol droid was blasted by a stormtrooper. While not explicitly malicious, Trudgen and his fellow Ugnaughts gleefully disassembled C-3PO, carrying off his various parts.

Notably, Chewbacca later reassembled C-3PO, though not entirely correctly, emphasizing the Ugnaught's efficient but ultimately destructive work. Trudgen's portrayal contributed to the depiction of Ugnaughts as practical, industrious, and somewhat mischievous.

Though a small part, Trudgen serves as a memorable example of the diverse range of inhabitants within the Star Wars galaxy and adds a touch of dark humor to the film.
