Biography:
Peter Parker, portrayed by Tobey Maguire in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, is a fictional character created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko for Marvel Comics. A high school student living in Queens, New York, Peter is intelligent but socially awkward and often struggles with bullying and financial difficulties.
His life changes dramatically when he is bitten by a genetically altered spider during a science field trip. The bite grants him superhuman abilities, including enhanced strength, agility, the ability to cling to walls, and a precognitive "spider-sense." Initially using these powers for personal gain, Peter is motivated to become a hero after his Uncle Ben is murdered by a burglar he could have stopped.
Adopting the alias "Spider-Man," Peter fights crime while attempting to balance his dual life. He works as a freelance photographer for the Daily Bugle, often selling pictures of himself as Spider-Man. His struggles include navigating romantic relationships with Mary Jane Watson and dealing with the consequences of his actions, both as Peter Parker and as Spider-Man.
