Cao Cao, also known as Duke Cao of Wei and later Emperor Wu of Wei, was a pivotal figure during the late Eastern Han dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. Born in 155 AD, he rose to prominence amidst the Yellow Turban Rebellion.
