Biography:
Qui-Gon Jinn is a prominent Jedi Master within the Star Wars Prequel trilogy. He first appears in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
Qui-Gon, portrayed by Liam Neeson, is depicted as a wise, yet somewhat maverick, Jedi Knight who doesn't always follow the Jedi Council's strict adherence to the Force. He is a skilled duelist and deeply connected to the Living Force, a concept not entirely embraced by the Jedi Order.
In The Phantom Menace, Qui-Gon discovers Anakin Skywalker on Tatooine and believes him to be the "Chosen One" destined to bring balance to the Force.
